This AI Policy explains how we use Artificial Intelligence tools across our brands and how we protect user and client information in connection with that use.
Artificial Intelligence is used intentionally, responsibly, and under human supervision in all areas of our business.
Our Philosophy
We treat AI as a structured assistant that enhances efficiency, clarity, research, and analysis.
AI does not replace professional judgment, ethical responsibility, or human decision-making.
All materials delivered to clients or published publicly are reviewed and validated by a human before release.
Human accountability governs every outcome.
How We Use AI
Across our brands, AI tools may assist with:
Research and content synthesis
Draft development and structured outlining
Systems design and workflow architecture
Data organization and pattern recognition
Automation configuration
Quality assurance and refinement
AI accelerates processes. It does not operate independently or autonomously.
How We Do Not Use AI
We do not:
Delegate final strategic or business decisions to AI systems
Use client or user data outside the defined scope of engagement
Sell, license, or share personal information with AI vendors beyond approved subprocessors
Permit client data to train public AI models
Upload sensitive or proprietary information without appropriate safeguards
AI tools operate within defined boundaries and under direct supervision.
Responsible AI Framework
Our internal Responsible AI Framework governs AI usage across all brands and services. It is built on five principles:
Transparency
Fairness
Security
Accountability
Safety
We review AI-assisted outputs for bias, accuracy, and alignment with professional, ethical, and organizational standards.
AI systems function as supervised tools, not autonomous decision-makers.
Data Governance and Protection
We prioritize data security, confidentiality, and clear ownership.
For client engagements involving personal, confidential, or proprietary information, we operate under a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
The DPA defines:
Data ownership and control
Permitted processing activities
Encryption standards
Approved subprocessors
Access controls and multi-factor authentication
Data retention and secure deletion timelines
Breach notification procedures
Strict prohibitions on unauthorized model training
Client data remains the property of the client at all times.
For general website visitors, information submitted through forms, subscriptions, or downloads is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Security Standards
We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including:
Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher)
Encryption at rest (AES-256 or equivalent)
Multi-factor authentication
Least-privilege access controls
Segregation of client data
Secure deletion upon project completion
Approved subprocessors are selected based on recognized industry security and compliance standards. A current list of subprocessors may be provided upon request.
Continuous Review and Improvement
AI technologies evolve rapidly. We regularly review our tools, safeguards, and governance practices to maintain alignment with ethical standards, applicable regulations, and industry best practices.
Transparency supports trust. Questions about our AI usage are welcome.
